Hasan Cemil Acar ("we", "our", or "us") built the BrewClock app. This SERVICE is provided by Hasan Cemil Acar and is intended for use as is. BrewClock is designed as a coffee timer and data storage application. To provide a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain information. The information that we request will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

• Local Data Storage

  Most of your brewing data, timers, and preferences are saved locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and fast access.

• Cloud Syncing

  The app may utilize native cloud services (such as Apple iCloud) to sync your data across your personal devices. We do not have direct access to, nor do we collect, your personal iCloud data on our own servers.

• Location Data

  BrewClock may request access to your device's location to help you find nearby coffee shops. Location data is used only within the app in real time and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

• Photo Library

  BrewClock may request access to your photo library to allow you to add images to your coffee bean entries and save recipe cards. Photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

BrewClock uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and device identifiers to manage your subscription status. Please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more information.

BrewClock offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through standard first-party or third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic statistics. This data is used solely to improve the app's stability and performance.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
