Pro satın alımım görünmüyor
BrewClock → Ayarlar → Satın almaları geri yükle. Aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yaptığından emin ol.
Pro başka iPhone'umda açık değil
Aynı Apple Hesabıyla Ayarlar → Satın almaları geri yükle'ye dokun. BrewClock Bulut'a giriş yaptıysan Pro hesabınla da gelir: diğer iPhone'da da Ayarlar → Hesap → Apple ile giriş yap.
Verilerim diğer cihazıma gelmedi
İki cihazda da Ayarlar → Hesap'tan aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yaptığından emin ol, sonra "Şimdi senkronla"ya dokun. Senkron için internet bağlantısı gerekir; çekirdek fotoğrafları senkronlanmaz.
Hesabımı ve buluttaki verilerimi silmek istiyorum
BrewClock → Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Sunucudaki tüm verilerin silinir; iPhone'undaki veriler ve App Store satın almaların kalır.
Aboneliğimi iptal etmek istiyorum
iPhone Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → BrewClock Pro. İptal ettiğinde Pro dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır. İade için reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bakım hatırlatmaları gelmiyor
Espresso → Makine ayarları → Düzenle'de "Bakım hatırlatmaları"nın açık olduğunu ve Ayarlar → Bildirimler → BrewClock'un izinli olduğunu kontrol et. Hatırlatma, işin zamanı geldiği gün saat 9:00'da gelir.
Espresso önerileri makineme uymuyor
Espresso → Makine ayarları → Düzenle'de makine tipini, sıcaklık ve basınç kontrolünü, sepet boyutunu ve öğütücünün yönünü doğru seç. Öneriler bunlara göre değişir.
Demleme koçu görünmüyor
Koç, Apple Intelligence destekleyen bir iPhone ve açık Apple Intelligence gerektirir.

The timer doesn't show on the lock screen
Check that Settings → BrewClock → Live Activities is on. For step alerts, turn on Settings → Notifications → BrewClock.
My Pro purchase is missing
Open BrewClock → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
Pro isn't on my other iPhone
Tap Settings → Restore purchases with the same Apple Account. If you use BrewClock Cloud, Pro also follows your account: sign in with Apple under Settings → Account on the other iPhone too.
My data didn't reach my other device
Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple Account under Settings → Account, then tap "Sync now". Syncing needs a connection; bean photos aren't synced.
I want to delete my account and cloud data
BrewClock → Settings → Account → Delete account. Everything on the server is removed; the data on your iPhone and your App Store purchases stay.
I want to cancel my subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BrewClock Pro. Pro stays on until the end of the period. For refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Maintenance reminders don't arrive
Check that "Maintenance reminders" is on under Espresso → Machine settings → Edit, and that BrewClock may send notifications in iPhone Settings. Reminders come at 9:00 on the day a job is due.
Espresso advice doesn't fit my machine
Under Espresso → Machine settings → Edit, set the machine type, temperature and pressure control, basket size and which way your grinder goes. The advice follows them.
The brew coach is missing
The coach needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on.
